Wisdom (poem)

In the heart of the forest, where the spirits call,

The Iboga plant beckons, divinity’s hall.

Through the bwiti, we find our way back to the divine,

Harmony and peace, our souls begin to align.

A journey unfolds, leading us to ourselves,

Releasing negative patterns from forgotten shelves.

Remembering our origin, we come from the divine,

One with nature, a truth that must shine.

We care for the earth, for we are but a part,

Disasters await if we neglect our heart.

Iboga resets, frees the cluttered mind,

Negative self-talk, to leave behind.

Traumas unsorted, manifest as disease,

Physical or addiction, the soul’s unease.

Tenderly, we nurture our inner child,

For our past traumas, how we have compiled.

Our wounds shape how we see the world around,

Triggers reveal opportunities, where healing is found.

Mindfully we face our fears and woes,

Intentionally, finding peace, where the spirit grows.

The bwiti guides us on a path of light,

Iboga’s wisdom, a beacon in the night.

In harmony with all, we find our way,

Connected to the divine, in peace we stay.
